The Animal House is one of the original cannery bunkhouses. It has been remodeled as summer guest accommodations upon the Eaton's purchase of Zachar Bay. The building was originally a 5-plex with one large community bathroom, built to house 20 cannery workers. The rennovations included new electrical wiring, new interior, adding a central propane heater, and two new bathrooms.

There are 4 guest rooms with that have a common living room entrance. There are two bathrooms in the building, each with a shower. The building is centrally located among the other buildings just above beach level, with a view of Zachar Bay out the front. We tend to use the Animal House for families or larger groups.
