The biologists in the wildlife department of Kodiak are available during normal working hours at (907) 486-1880. Zachar Bay Lodge is located 50 air miles southwest of Kodiak City, only accessible by floatplane. We utilize Kingfisher Aviation as the exclusive service, and you will need to make your floatplane arrangements to and from the Lodge with Kingfisher. They are able to offer a 'per person' rate to Zachar Bay.
