Our facility offers you several advantages over camping in the Kodiak area - the most appreciated would be the secure meat house by those hunters who have ever had problems with bears when camping. The large meat house (20'x100') is in the historic cannery on the dock, which has electricity, large meat processing tables and plenty of room to hang and process your venison.

We have three cabins which you will stay in depending on your party size. Each is equipped with a wood or oil fired stove, gas cooking stove, electricity, water, beds, tables, and kitchen utensils. All you need to bring is your hunting gear, sleeping bags and food for your stay.

Delta House

This cabin has four bedrooms, a living room and kitchen. The building is capable of sleeping 10 people.

Lookout House

This cabin is two stories, with a sleeping loft above, and a living room/kitchen below. There can be up to five beds in the loft.

Watchman's House

This cabin has a living room/kitchen with an adjoining bedroom that has up to 3 bunks.


None of above the cabins have indoor plumbing. There is a community bath house with toilets and a shower, which are available for use if the outdoor temperature remains above 20 degrees F. There is also a banya (sauna) on the beach.
